Pitaya and Camu Bowl

Ingredients
Makes 1 large serving or 2 medium servings
- 2 large frozen bananas, chopped
- 1 cup frozen pitaya, chopped
- ½ cup light coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon Camu powder
- A squeeze of lime juice
Method
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour smoothie in a bowl and top with your favourite toppings!
*Toppings used in the photo were granola, fruit chips, Bioglan Coconut Chips, chia seeds, passion fruit and sliced papaya.
