Pineapple + Coconut Water Icy Poles

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped sweet pineapple
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 tablespoons honey cup water
- ½ cup mango pieces
- 2 teaspoon Bioglan Marine Collagen powder
- 8 mint leaves, optional
Method
1. Blitz all ingredients except mint leaves in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour into icy pole molds and slide a mint leaf down the side of each mold.
3. Place sticks into molds and pop in freezer to set overnight.
