Pineapple + Coconut Water Icy Poles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped sweet pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons honey cup water
  • ½ cup mango pieces
  • 2 teaspoon Bioglan Marine Collagen powder
  • 8 mint leaves, optional

Method

1. Blitz all ingredients except mint leaves in a blender until smooth.

2. Pour into icy pole molds and slide a mint leaf down the side of each mold.

3. Place sticks into molds and pop in freezer to set overnight.
