Beetroot Berry and Yoghurt Ice Blocks

Ingredients
- 1 cup organic vanilla yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon Acai Powder
- 1 tablespoon Beetroot powder
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 2 tablespoons organic vanilla yoghurt, extra.
Method
1. Blend the frozen berries, yoghurt, acai + berry powder & beetroot powder all together, until well combined.
2. Add around 1 teaspoon of the extra vanilla yoghurt into the icy pole moulds.
3. Spoon the beetroot & berry yoghurt mixture over the top gently press and paddle pop stick into the centre.
4. Freeze ice blocks for 4 hours or until firm.
