Directions

Adults 18yo+: Mix 1 scoop (scoop included) 5 grams of powder into 200 mL water or drink of choice.

Each 5 grams of Oral Powder or Dose (1 Scoop) Contains:
Calcium Beta-Hydroxy-Beta-Methylbutyrate Mononhydrate (myHMB®) 3 g
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 1000 IU) 25 mcg
