DIRECTIONS: ADULTS: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as advised by your health professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. Contains fish products. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C
